Each discipline is owned by someone who has done the work for years. They set the standard, review what goes out, and pull in the right specialists from our wider network when a project calls for them. Between them that covers websites, custom software, apps, AI automation, design and marketing — six disciplines, run from Varanasi, Gurugram, Dubai and Sharjah. The engineering half is the larger one, and most of it is not in the portfolio: systems, apps and AI built to run inside somebody else's business are rarely ours to publish.

How we build
We pick the tools for the job in front of us.
A shop that needs a catalogue, a clinic that needs a booking system and a brand that needs its whole look rebuilt are three different jobs. The tools are chosen against the job and against your budget rather than against what we happen to like — and the choice is explained in plain words before any work starts.

- Web & mobile apps Booking systems, customer portals, dashboards and internal tools, for when your business does something a ready-made template cannot.
- Brand & campaigns Logo and identity work through to the screens, ads and search that put it in front of people.
This site is the example. Its typefaces are served from our own domain and preloaded rather than fetched from a font network, and only the Latin subset is shipped. The homepage carries no third-party script at all and no large image behind the headline, so the first thing you see costs one request. Motion is transform and opacity only, and it stops if your system asks for reduced motion. None of that is a stripped back build. It is where the budget went.

Who we are right for.
Both halves of this are worth publishing. Finding out on a call that a supplier was never going to work for you costs a week. Finding out here costs a minute.
We are a good fit when
- Your problem crosses disciplines and is being quoted as three separate projects. The internal system, the website it feeds and the campaigns that fill it are one problem, and the seams show up where three suppliers meet.
- The hard part is a constraint rather than a feature list — no lawful route exists yet, a regulator forbids the obvious marketing, your staff work offline or on mid-range Android over mobile data, or the process was never written down.
- You want the routes and what each one costs before you commit to any of them, including the option to build nothing.
- The budget is small and the work still has to be engineered. The architecture is chosen against your number, so a ₹999 piece of design and a six-figure monthly engagement go through the same four steps.
- You want the whole thing owned month after month rather than a build delivered and left.
We are the wrong fit when
- You need a GSTIN tax invoice to claim input tax credit. We are not registered for GST and cannot issue one — whatever the budget, and whatever else fits. It is a registration status and nothing more: it decides what can go on an invoice, not the size of the project we take on or who works on it.
- Your specification is fixed and you do not want the problem re-opened. We start by asking what the business has to achieve; if that reads as an obstruction rather than diligence, we are the wrong supplier.
- Your decision depends on seeing an iOS or Flutter app we have already launched. We build and quote on both, and the mobile build published here is native Android — so the platform is not the obstacle, the published example is.
- You want AI used to produce the work more cheaply in place of doing it. We build AI into what you buy. We do not substitute it for the build.
- You want a bench of our staff in your office, or your domains and ad accounts held in our name. Those go in yours, and that one does not move.

Who will actually be working on my project?
Every project is led by one of our discipline heads — software, web, design or marketing — who plans the work and reviews everything before it reaches you. Around them we bring in senior specialists matched to what the job needs, so a bigger brief means more of them on it rather than a longer wait. You get people who do one thing well rather than a generalist stretching to cover everything.
Do I have to be in Varanasi to work with you?
No. We are in Varanasi and work with clients across India on the same terms. Every project runs over calls, WhatsApp and shared documents, so where you are changes nothing about how the work gets done — clients in other cities are routine here, not a special case.
Can you work in Hindi as well as English?
Yes. We write website copy, ads and social posts in both, and we design so Devanagari and Latin type sit properly together — instead of one language looking like an afterthought bolted onto the other.
What happens after my website goes live?
We hand over every login, walk you through updating the parts you will want to change yourself, and stay reachable for fixes. If you would rather not think about updates, backups and small changes at all, that can be handled monthly instead.
Do I own my website and the design files?
Yes, completely. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, and you receive the editable source files for everything we design. If you ever decide to work with someone else, nothing is locked behind us.
