Cookie Policy

This page lists everything solvey.in stores on your device. It is short, because there is not much. It accompanies our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
The short version
Most of what we store is functional or for security. One item records which link brought you here, so we know which posts and emails are worth writing. We use Google Ads cookies to measure which ads and pages bring enquiries. We do not use Google Analytics, and nothing here is sold.

Session storage is not a cookie. It never leaves your browser, is not sent to us with each request, and your browser deletes it the moment you close the tab.
Why there is no "analytics" toggle
We do measure how the site is used — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, how fast pages load. That measurement is cookieless. It stores nothing on your device, does not fingerprint your browser, and cannot recognise you on a return visit or follow you to another site.
The one thing measurement does put on your device is the link tag in the table above. It is a short label we wrote ourselves, carried in the address you clicked. It holds no identifier, cannot recognise you on a return visit or on any other site, is never read by anyone but us, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab. It reaches us only if you choose to send an enquiry, and then only so we can see which link produced it.
So there is nothing here for an analytics toggle to control, and offering a switch that controls nothing would be worse than offering none.
Google Ads cookies are separate from that measurement. They tie the pages you open, and any enquiry you make, to the ad that brought you, and the cookie notice lists them. You can block them, along with any other advertising cookies, in your browser using the guides below.
Managing what is stored
Your browser controls all of it. You can delete existing cookies, block new ones, or set rules for individual sites. Clearing site data for solvey.in removes everything in the table above; the cookie notice will then appear again, because the record of your answer is what was deleted.
Guides for the common browsers:
Blocking the bot-check cookies will stop the contact form from submitting, because we cannot then tell you apart from a script. Email us instead and we will reply the same way.
Changes
If we add anything that stores data on your device, it goes in the table above and the date at the top changes. We will not quietly add tracking and describe it in a paragraph you have to hunt for.
