This page sets out what the information on solvey.in can and cannot be relied on for. It applies to the website of Solvey Nous Techne, a sole proprietorship of Mitali Singh, based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, traffic, enquiries and sales depend on your market, your competitors, your pricing and decisions made by search engines and platforms we do not control. Case studies and figures on this site describe what happened for a particular client at a particular time. They are not a forecast of what will happen for you, and nobody who promises you a specific ranking is being straight with you.

The chat assistant

The assistant on this site is software. It can be confidently wrong, it can misread a question, and it does not know the details of your project. Treat what it says as a starting point, never as a quote, a commitment or professional advice. Anything binding comes from a person, in writing. If it and this website disagree, the website is right; if the website and your written proposal disagree, the proposal is right.

The same holds for anything else here an AI model produced, and for AI features inside what we build for clients: the output is generated, not checked, and it can be wrong in ways that read perfectly well. Where an answer would change a decision about money, health, employment, your legal position or safety, confirm it with a person before acting on it.

Our free tools

The generators and checkers we publish produce output nobody has reviewed. Check anything they generate before putting it on a live site. We are not responsible for what happens if you do not.

Most of them run entirely in your browser, and nothing you put into those ever reaches us. The one exception is the AI crawler check: to read a site's robots.txt it has to be fetched from our server, so the address you enter is sent to us, along with your IP address for the rate limit that stops the tool being pointed at somebody else's site in volume. Neither is kept beyond that. Enter addresses you are entitled to check.

Accuracy of information

We keep prices, availability and technical content current, but pages can fall behind. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm it in a written proposal. Where a page and a proposal conflict, the proposal governs.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. We build software, websites, apps and AI systems, we design, and we run marketing. None of that makes us advocates, accountants or financial advisers. Our writing on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — the readiness checker included — is a technical reading of published guidance, not a legal opinion, and it creates no lawyer-client relationship. For advice on your legal, tax or regulatory position, ask someone qualified to give it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this website. Our liability for project work is set out in our Terms of Service.

This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction, on the same terms as clause 19 of our Terms of Service.
