Managed systems

Proven systems, shaped around how you run.

Software for school fees and billing, tuition bureau management and store operations — already built, then shaped around how your business actually runs. You run it, your records stay yours, and we keep it patched, backed up and watched.

Two ways to buy

Build it and own it, or run one of ours.

Both are real software and both are ours to answer for. What changes is what you end up holding, and what it costs to get there.

Build it

Written for you, and yours

We design and write it around your business. The source code, the data and the accounts are yours from day one, and you can take the whole thing to another developer whenever you want.

From ₹75,000, most projects ₹1.5–4 lakh

Custom software

Or run one of ours

Set up for you, licensed monthly

School fees, a tuition bureau or store operations — set up around how you work, on your own server or hosting we look after. You do not get the source code. You do get your records, an export any time, and a working copy you keep if you ever leave.

A fraction of building the same thing — quoted after a call, then monthly, with no minimum term

Managed systems

Not sure which? Tell us what the business has to do and we will say which one your case needs — including when the answer is neither.

Where they fit

Built for work that repeats.

Each one came out of a real business with a real problem, and each is described here by what it does rather than by what it is worth.

Tuition bureaus

Matching tutors to parents, and proving who you sent

A parent asks for a tutor. The system finds the verified tutors near them who teach that subject, alerts them, and tracks what happens next — the demo, the placement, and the money that follows it. The hard part was never the matching: it was checking that the adult going into a child's home is who they say they are, which we built around what the law actually allows a private business to do.

  • Parent requests with subject, class and area
  • Tutors alerted by distance, not by a broadcast
  • Identity and document checks before a placement
  • Placements, fees and commission in one ledger

Live in production for Victors Home Tutors, Varanasi, with their Android app

Schools and coaching centres

Fees that add up at the end of the day

Fee heads, schedules and discounts set up the way your school already works, then invoices, receipts, part-payments, transport fees and fines that reconcile at day-close. Year-end rollover carries last year's dues forward without anybody retyping them, and every financial action leaves an audit trail with a name against it.

  • Fee heads, schedules, discounts and fines
  • Invoices, receipts and part-payments
  • Day-close, statements and reconciliation
  • Approvals, delegation and a full audit trail

Shops, exporters and online stores

Orders that arrive on WhatsApp, handled like orders

Most selling here starts in a chat, not a checkout. The system takes an order placed by phone or message the same way it takes one from a website, holds the stock so the same piece is not sold twice, records a UPI payment only once somebody has actually verified it, and tells you what is genuinely in hand.

  • Catalogue with your own categories and photographs
  • Stock, holds, and what is really available
  • Orders taken by phone or WhatsApp
  • Payments verified before they count, refunds tracked

Exactly what is running where, because "we built one of those" covers a lot of ground. The tuition system is live in production for Victors Home Tutors and has been for some time. The fees system is built and going through commissioning at Kidzee Susuwahi, a school here, so it is described as commissioning rather than delivered. The store system is in build with a Varanasi saree and suit business. Ask about any of them on a call and you will get the same answer you are reading.

If you ever leave

A system you stop paying for does not stop working.

This is the question worth asking any software company before you depend on them, and most of them answer it badly. Ours: you keep a running copy of your system exactly as it stood, and every record in it. You can go on using it for your own business for as long as you like, at no further cost.

What you cannot do is change it, or have somebody else change it. It stops receiving updates and security patches on the day the licence ends, and keeping it safe after that becomes your responsibility — worth weighing seriously if it holds personal data. Your records also come out as a clean export, so moving to something else entirely is a migration rather than a retyping job.

There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and nothing held back to make leaving awkward. The full terms are on our software licence page, and they are written to be read rather than to be survived.

What's included

What you get, and what stays yours.

Set up around how you work

Your fee heads, your subjects, your catalogue, your branding, your people and what each of them is allowed to do. The system bends to the business rather than the other way round.

Your records, in your own database

Held separately from the application, in the region you name, and exportable whenever you want in a format another system can read. You never have to ask us for your own data.

Your server, or hosting we look after

Run it on a machine you control, or let us run it and stop thinking about it. The fee is the same either way, and you can move from one to the other later at no charge.

Patched, backed up and watched

Security updates, version updates, backups we restore and check rather than only schedule, and monitoring. When something breaks it is our job, not yours.

A working copy you keep

Stop paying and the system does not stop. You keep a running copy as it stood, with every record in it. You cannot change it, and it stops getting updates — but nothing switches off.

Training, and someone to call

We sit with the people who will actually use it, in Hindi or English, and stay reachable afterwards on a number a person answers.

  • Your data Exportable, any time
  • Your choice Your server or ours
  • No minimum Cancel any month

Who it's for

We work the way your project needs.

No lock-in to one stack — we choose the platform that fits your budget, team and goals.

Great for

  • Schools and coaching centres invoicing hundreds of families every month
  • Tuition bureaus matching tutors to parents across a city
  • Shops and exporters taking orders on WhatsApp long before a storefront exists
  • Anyone whose accounts live in a register and a spreadsheet at the same time
  • Businesses quoted several lakh for software that does what one of these already does

How we approach it

From a call to a system you run.

  1. 01

A call, and an honest answer

You tell us how the work happens now. We show you the system as it stands and say whether it fits, whether it can be made to fit, or whether you need something built instead.

  2. 02

    Set up for you

Your structures, your rules, your branding, your users. Everything that should carry your name carries it.

  3. 03

    Your records moved in

Last year's dues, your student or customer list, your stock, your opening balances. Checked against what you already hold before anyone relies on it.

  4. 04

    Live, then looked after

It goes live with your team trained on it, and stays patched, backed up and monitored for as long as you run it.

Stated plainly

What you do not get.

  • The source code. You licence the system; it stays ours. This is the whole reason it costs what it costs, and if it is a problem then a custom build is the honest answer for you.
  • The right to pass it on. The licence is for your business — not to resell, sublicense, rent out or hand to another company.
  • Unlimited changes. Setup is included and covers more than most people expect. Work beyond it is quoted and agreed first, like any other job.
  • A promise that software never fails. Only that when it does, fixing it is our job and you have a number that a person answers.

Good to know

The questions worth asking first.

Do I get the source code?

No, and that is the trade. You licence the system rather than buy it, which is why it costs a fraction of building the same thing from scratch. If owning the code matters to you — and for some businesses it genuinely does — that is what our custom software line is for, and we will tell you plainly which one your case needs.

What happens if I stop paying?

You keep a working copy of your system as it stood, with every record in it, and you can go on running it for your own business indefinitely. It stops getting updates and support, and you cannot modify it. Nothing switches off, nothing is deleted, and your data comes out in a format another system can read.

Can I run it on my own server?

Yes, and plenty do — it is often the simplest answer where a school or a clinic has a policy about where records live. The fee is the same as hosted, because what you are paying for is the system and the people behind it rather than the machine. You can also start on our hosting and move later, or the other way round.

Can you change it to fit how we work?

More than most people expect. Fee structures, names, rules, who approves what, what appears on an invoice — that is setup, not development. Anything beyond it is quoted and agreed in writing first, the same as any other work we do, and it becomes part of the system rather than transferring to you.

Who can see our records?

You decide, by role. On your own server nothing leaves it. On hosting we look after, the people who need access to support you have it and nobody else does, and we tell you in writing what is processed and where before you agree to anything. Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you are the Data Fiduciary and we act on your instructions.

What does it cost?

A setup fee and a monthly fee, both quoted after a call. We do not publish a package price because how much of your operation the system has to take on is what decides the number, and a figure that ignores that would be wrong for most people reading it. It is billed monthly, there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

How long before we are running on it?

Less time than building the same thing from scratch, and you get the date in the quote rather than a guess on the phone. What decides it is how much of your operation the system has to take on — a school running one fee structure is not the same job as one with transport, a hostel and three branches — so we scope that first and then commit to dates.

How is this different from custom software?

Custom software is written for you from scratch and sold outright — the code, the data and the accounts are yours, it takes months, and it starts at ₹75,000 with most projects landing between ₹1.5 lakh and ₹4 lakh. These already exist and are proven, so the work is shaping one around your operation rather than inventing it. You licence it instead of owning it, and it costs a fraction of the equivalent build. Same team either way.

Straight answers on cost

What you pay for, and what you keep.

Good work should not come with a guessing game attached. Four things we put in writing on every project.

  • No markup on anything we buy for you

Domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, ad spend — you pay the provider directly, at their price. We do not resell them and we take no cut.

  • A fixed quote before anything starts

You see the number and the scope in writing first. Out-of-scope work is quoted and agreed separately — never done and then invoiced as a surprise.

  • What you keep is agreed before we start

On a custom build: the code, the source files, the domain and the accounts, in your name. On a managed system: your data, your accounts, and a working copy you keep if you leave.

  • Prices are published, not quoted on request

Our plans and what they include are on the pricing page. You can work out roughly what your project costs before you ever speak to us.

Websites start at ₹9,999, with a 5-page launch offer at ₹5,999 running now — see the offer or compare every plan.
