Software built around the way your business actually works.
The hard part is rarely the code. It is that the register, the diary and the WhatsApp group disagree with each other, and everyone has quietly learned to work around it. Business automation, dashboards and reporting, Node.js and Laravel backends, run in production and secured — custom software development built around how you already work, and looked after by the people who built it.

What we build
Six fields, none of them passed on.
Most agencies pass half of this list to another agency. Here it stays with the lead you briefed and the specialists we work with, which is why one person can answer for the design, the build and what happens at two in the morning.
01 Business systems & automation
The work your staff repeat every single day
Automation is not a robot. It is the enquiry that reaches the right person on its own, the reminder nobody has to remember, and the receipt that raises itself the moment money lands.
ERP, CRM, POS and billing, bookings, admissions, stock — named as your last developer would name them
Enquiry to the right person with the history attached, instead of a shared inbox
Confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp through the official Meta API
Data entered once instead of typed into a register, a sheet and a group
Admission enquiry1/5
Customer
A parent fills the form on their phone
Class, documents and a number to call back on. Two minutes, on mobile data, without anyone at your desk.
What fired
Enquiry saved
Reference ADM-2291 issued
Before: a register, three phone calls and a receipt book.
What comes with it
The parts you only notice when they are missing.
None of this is an upsell. It is what separates software that still works in year three from software somebody has to be talked into replacing.

REST & GraphQL
Queues & webhooks
The records, the rules and the connections underneath. Written to carry real load — work that would make somebody wait runs in a background queue instead. We connect the software you already pay for rather than asking you to replace it, and document it so another developer can pick it up without ringing us.

Migrations
New work goes live without taking the system down. Backups that have actually been restored, not only scheduled — and someone watching it who is not you. We size and run the servers behind it, on your own cloud account or a plain VPS, and we move an existing system onto something better without losing a day's records doing it.

Who it's for
Who ends up calling us.
Almost always the same moment: the thing that worked at ten customers a day has stopped working at fifty, and everyone has invented a workaround for it.
Great for
Businesses running on a spreadsheet several people edit at once
Coaching centres and schools handling admissions by hand
Clinics and practices taking appointments over the phone
Retailers and exporters tracking stock in a register
Anyone whose staff retype the same information into three systems
Businesses whose current software nobody will support any more
Fintech, real estate and professional practices with records they must be able to produce
Software companies who need a product built, not a website about one
How we approach it
How a software project runs.
01
Watch how it works now
We sit with the people who do the job and write down what they actually open, type and chase. Most of the value is decided here.
02
Scope it in writing
What it will do, what it will not do in the first version, what it costs and when. Fixed before anything is built.
03
Build it in stages
You see working software early and often, so a wrong assumption costs a week rather than the whole project.
04
Launch, then look after it
We deploy it, train your team, and keep it patched, backed up and monitored. The source code and the accounts sit with you, not with us.
What it is built on
Boring where it counts, connected where it helps.
You do not need to know a single one of these names to buy software. You will care about them the day you want someone else to work on it, or the day your own IT person asks — so here is the whole list.

We pick from this by what the job needs and what you can hire for later — not by what we feel like using. Anything here can be picked up by another developer without a rewrite, which matters more than novelty on software you will still be running in five years, and it is why handing it over stays a real option rather than a threat.
What the money buys
Costs less than you fear. Lasts longer than you expect.
What it costs
Priced against what it saves, not what it impresses
Custom work starts at ₹75,000 and most projects land between ₹1.5 lakh and ₹4 lakh. You get a fixed quote in writing before anything is built, paid against milestones — and anything we buy for you is passed on at cost, with no markup and no resale.
Published floor, not on request
Milestone-based, fixed up front
Third-party costs at cost
When you grow
The next thing is a change, not a rebuild
The first version does one job properly rather than guessing at everything you might need. Data is modelled so it still makes sense with five years of history in it, which is what decides whether adding the thing you have not thought of yet costs a week or costs the project.
Built in stages you can see working
Adds without a rewrite
Holds up as records pile up
If you leave
Ordinary choices, written down, and a developer who can pick it up
Nothing here is clever for the sake of it. We use proven, boring tools another developer can pick up, we document what we build, and you get the source code with the right to have anyone you appoint change it. Your data and your accounts are in your name from day one. You can take the whole thing to another developer whenever you want, and an annual maintenance contract with us is an option rather than a condition of getting it built.
Documented on handover
Any developer can change it
Source code, data and accounts
Not sure which of these you need? Most people are not, on the first call. Tell us what your team does by hand and we will tell you what it would take — including when the answer is that you do not need software yet.
Two things that used to live on this page now have their own. If you came looking for a phone app, that is app development — Android, iOS and installable web apps. If the software has to read a document, judge something or answer in words rather than follow a rule, that is AI automation. Both pages open with a tool that tests whether your case needs the thing at all.
Not every business needs this built from scratch. Where what you want is a school fee system, a tuition bureau or store operations, we already have one running — a managed system is shaped around your operation, live in far less time, and costs a fraction of the same thing written fresh. The trade is that the code stays ours.
Based in Varanasi? The local page covers what businesses here buy most — custom software development in Varanasi. The engineering behind it is the same; the shopping list is not.
Two ways to buy
Built around your business, or one of ours set up for you.
Both are real software and both are ours to answer for. What changes is what you end up holding, and what it costs to get there.
Build it
Written for you, and yours to change
We design and write it around your business. You get the source code and the right to have it changed by anyone you appoint, for as long as you like, with your data and accounts in your name. What the licence holds back is reselling it or passing it on. Outright ownership is available, and quoted separately.
School fees, a tuition bureau or store operations — set up around how you work, on your own server or hosting we look after. You do not get the source code. You do get your records, an export any time, and a working copy you keep if you ever leave.
A fraction of building the same thing — quoted after a call, then monthly, with no minimum term
Not sure which? Tell us what the business has to do and we will say which one your case needs — including when the answer is neither.
Good to know
Questions about custom software.
What does custom software cost?
Custom work starts at ₹75,000, and most projects land between ₹1.5 lakh and ₹4 lakh depending on how much the system has to do and how many places it has to talk to. Full business systems are scoped individually after a call. Everything is milestone-based and priced in writing before we start.
How is this different from a website?
A website tells people about your business. Software does the work: it holds records, takes bookings, tracks stock, chases payments and tells your team what needs doing. Plenty of businesses need one and are sold the other.
Do we need an app, or is a website enough?
Usually a fast mobile site does the job for less money, and an installable web app covers most of the rest — home screen icon, offline use, notifications and the camera all work without a store listing. A native app earns its place when it needs the device itself: Bluetooth or NFC hardware, running in the background, or a listing customers will go looking for. Our app development page has a tool that walks through your own case and says which of the three it is.
Do you offer an AMC, or only new builds?
Both. An annual maintenance contract with us covers releases, patching, backups that get tested, monitoring and someone to call — and we take it on for software somebody else wrote, not only our own. It is priced monthly or yearly once we have seen what it has to cover, because a response time promised without a defined scope is not worth much. We will look at what you have before quoting; occasionally the honest answer is that it needs replacing rather than maintaining.
Can you automate what our staff repeat every day?
That is usually where the return is. Common ones: an enquiry that reaches the right person and gets a reply without anyone remembering, admissions that run from form to payment to confirmation, appointment reminders, and orders that update stock and issue an invoice.
Can you connect it to WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta. That distinction matters — unofficial automation tools get business numbers banned, which is a risk we will not take with your main line of contact.
Do you build AI into it?
Where it earns its place, and that has its own page now — our AI automation page covers retrieval over your own documents, semantic search, extraction, multi-step and multi-agent pipelines and how they are scored, with a tool that tests whether your case is worth it at all. The short version: we will not add a chatbot because it is fashionable, and if a rule serves you better than a model we will tell you, because a rule is cheaper and never wrong.
Can our staff sign in with their existing work accounts?
Yes — single sign-on against the identity provider you already run, so there is no second password to issue, and revoking someone's account revokes their access here too. Underneath it, access is by role rather than per person: a branch manager sees their branch, and what each role can see and change is written down and agreed with you rather than decided by whoever built the screen. Every change of consequence is logged with who made it and when, which is the part your auditor asks for and the part that is expensive to add later.
Where would our data actually live?
Wherever your policy requires, and it is a question to settle in the first call rather than after the build. Default is your own cloud account or a server you control, in the region you name — data staying in India is a common requirement here and a straightforward one to meet. Personal data is handled to the DPDP Act, 2023, we tell you in writing what is processed and where before you agree to anything, and if you have a security questionnaire or a review process we fill it in rather than asking to skip it.
We already run something old that nobody wants to touch. Can you move us off it?
That is a large part of this work. The usual shape is to read from the old system while the new one runs alongside it, move one area at a time, and keep both correct until the last one is across — rather than a weekend cutover that either works or ruins a month. We start by finding out what the old system can actually be read from: an API, the database directly, or an export. Where the records are messy, and they usually are, cleaning them is scoped as its own piece of work with its own price, because pretending that is free is how migrations overrun.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, all of it, and the right to have it changed by your own team or any developer you appoint, for as long as you like. Your data and your accounts are yours. What the licence holds back is passing it on — reselling it, publishing it, or letting another developer keep part of it for someone else. Outright ownership is available where a business needs it and is quoted separately, so ask before you commission rather than after.
What happens if we outgrow the first version?
That is the normal path, not a failure. We build the first version to do one job properly rather than guessing at everything you might need, then extend it once real use has shown what actually matters.
Straight answers on cost
What you pay for, and what you keep.
Good work should not come with a guessing game attached. Four things we put in writing on every project.
No markup on anything we buy for you
Domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, ad spend — you pay the provider directly, at their price. We do not resell them and we take no cut.
A fixed quote before anything starts
You see the number and the scope in writing first. Out-of-scope work is quoted and agreed separately — never done and then invoiced as a surprise.
What you keep is agreed before we start
A website or design job transfers to you outright. Software, apps and AI work come with the source code and the right to have any developer change it. A managed system gives you your data, your accounts, and a working copy you keep if you leave.
Prices are published, not quoted on request
Our plans and what they include are on the pricing page. You can work out roughly what your project costs before you ever speak to us.
